Who I am and why my approach works

I have taught swimming for more than twenty years and worked with adult learners for over fifteen years. During this time, I have heard the same challenges many times and seen how even small insights can change the whole experience in the water.

My way of teaching has grown from these moments. It is calm, clear, and gentle. It is based on helping you understand what you are doing, why you are doing it, and what it should feel like.
